Teeter Hang Ups EP-550 Sport Inversion Therapy Table Teeter Hang Ups EP-550 Sport Inversion Table rotates on a pivot system. With simple arm movements (rotation is accomplished by shifting the weight of the arms), the table easily rotates to any comfortable angle. The smooth rotation allows for oscillation and intermittent traction. Adjustable roller hinges allow you to pre-select three levels to control the aggressiveness of rotation, and the tether strap allows you to pre-select the maximum angle of inversion. Comfortable ankle clamps hold you securely while inverting. And you don’t need to fully invert to feel the benefits! With the advanced bed design featuring Flex Technology (see image right) you can mobilize and stretch while partially inverted for a more effective decompression experience. Customer Review: Perfect indoor slide
Right steepness in the right place, good steps, sturdy, good hand holds for going from climbing to sitting, the surface doesn’t make shoes stick (and either stop the kid or launch them head over), the raised end helps them land on their feet (or in a pool), and it’s not so high that I worry about a fall if it’s over carpet. Um, yeah, what more would you want? Our 2-yr old loves it (as do his cars, stuffed animals,…etc).

Customer Review: THE ONLY GOLF INSTRUCTION BOOK NECESSARY
This book is excellent and will help your golf game to improve quickly. It is not as good as his previous instruction book which revolutionalized golf instruction (seriously), However it is the best available today. This book and One Move to Better Golf are great companions and the two books complete my library of golf instruction books. In 1977 I acquired “one Move” and quickly became a low single digit handicap at 15 years old after playing only 1 year, 2 years later I was able to choose my college because of the many scholarship offers. My colegiate career was blessed with 13 wins in 4 years as a result of Carl’s book, Professionally I earned over $2 million before sustaining an injury that prevents me from playing 4 days in a row. However as a weekend player this method allows me to maintain a +3 handicap without hours of practice or the stregnth and flexibility I once enjoyed.

BUY THIS BOOK. READ IT. LOVE IT. Write the author and ask for a re-release of the original book as well.
Customer Review: The second move
If you haven’t read ‘One Move’ by the same author the rating should be five stars because ‘One Move’ is out of print and ‘Getting Set for Golf’ is the only book explaining the good method in ‘One Move.’

This book will give you a lot of swing thoughts and practical tips. Though I still want to have a copy of ‘One Move’ (I read it in our local library) this book is a good replacement for it.
